Aristoc, an acclaimed British hosiery brand that was founded over 100 years ago, produces hosiery of the highest quality.
The products provide exceptional value for money thanks to modern technology and beautiful yarns.
Advertising expenditures for Aristoc stockings began to increase in 1926, and the company's books show that from then onward. Three shifts, 20 hours day, were worked by the factory for several years, resulting in many developments that are not taken for granted any more.
As a result of the name change, Aristoc Ltd became a public company.
In the 1940s, nylon stockings introduced with strength and stretch benefits were introduced.
As opposed to presenting hosiery as a leg covering, it was decided to present it as a fashion item.
Adapting Aristoc to the 21st Century
Rod Stewart approached the brand in 2004 asking for products for the West End musical "Tonight's the Night", again providing the opportunity to stretch the brand's marketing budget and build a more personal relationship with consumers. Aristoc promotional shots were created for the press and for in-store use by collaborating with lead dancer Emma from the show.
Always willing to try new things, we introduced in 2012 our Swarovski jewelled backseam tights along with bridal styles.
Aristoc Opaques will relaunch this autumn in new packaging at new retail outlets, so that this fabulous line of tights can be introduced to new customers.
Customers can now feel the softness of each tight before purchasing it thanks to the new packaging style.
