By 1995, we were founded by Bob Bernstein to offer all beauty needs in one place, so customers could save time while feeling beautiful. When Beauty Brands opened in the mid-90s, it was the world's first retail company to offer a full-service salon and spa in a dynamic retail store, a groundbreaking concept in the beauty industry. Private equity firm bought the business in 2013 and took over operation. Beauty Brands was proudly acquired by the Bernstein family in 2019 and their brand intention was reset to focus on what really matters- the customers.
