He is a mechanical engineer by trade, but his passion for food has enabled him to pioneer a new menu. As a result, he came up with tasty treats that didn't compromise on flavor for health.
The Swedish Space Agency offers Nick the position of Chief Food Engineer in 2015. His famous answer is, "Earth needs sweet and sour treats without sugar.".
